Address format:
- Street types are abbreviated to 2 or 3 characters: "1234 East Main St  or 321-323 Tenth Ave"
- New York State Routes are written as "NYS Route": "456 NYS Route 86"

Parcel ID format:
- This is also called the "Print Key"
- In Essex County this will start with 32: "32.311-1-2.000" 
- In Franklin County this will start with 446, 447 or 448: "446.35-3-3.100"

Owner name format:
- Only the primary owner name is searchable. 
- In Essex County names are written first name first and may include a middle initial: "Jane Doe" or "John T Homeowner"
- In Franklin County names are written last name first with a comma. A period is included if there is a middle initial: "Owner, Joe" or "Smith, June H."
- Corporate and trust owners read exactly as their corporation or trust name: "Townsville Holdings LLC"

Additional Tips:
- Try searching for the minimum information necessary to return your result such as only one owner name or "321 Maple" with no street type included. 
- The search is not case sensitive.
